Orders used to come in by phone: the operator repeated prices and product names to every caller, addresses arrived as descriptions like "across from Makro", couriers got lost, and nobody could tell who had ordered what before.
What is built: a Telegram bot that carries the catalogue and prices itself, takes the delivery address from a Yandex Maps pin instead of free text, and keeps the order history for every customer.
