Sonar — assistant for accountants: from paper to Excel, reports from 1C
PHP, MySQL, Telegram Bot API, C# (.NET, Avalonia), 1C integratsiyasi
A Telegram bot and a Windows program for accountants and small businesses.
What is built: the bot turns a photo or PDF of a paper table into Excel or Word, checks the total against the one in the document and never guesses — an unreadable cell is marked with a red question mark; results can be filled into the customer's own Excel or Word template and exported as CSV for 1C. The Windows program connects to 1C: cash, bank, warehouse, sales, tax and payroll reports in Excel, Word or PDF, automatic checks such as negative balances, central bank exchange rates, deadline reminders and a daily digest in Telegram. Nothing is written to 1C until the accountant has seen the change and approved it. Paid plans and an admin panel.
