Yanchar — ordering and accounting for a sausage producer

A system built so that wholesale customers no longer have to phone the factory to ask what was shipped today and how much they owe.
What is built: a Telegram bot and Mini App where the customer orders from the catalogue (kilograms with fractions, quick quantity buttons, delivery day), follows the order status and sees every delivery note, return, payment and the current balance, with a reconciliation statement for any period. The factory works in an admin panel: confirms orders, gets a summary of what to produce for tomorrow, enters delivery notes, records payments, keeps a separate price list for each customer and sends broadcasts to everyone or only to debtors. The moment goods leave, the customer receives the delivery note and the new balance in Telegram. The customer side is in Uzbek and Russian.
