How a project is run

Four stages, so you always know what is happening and when it will be ready.

Analysis and contract

We write down the requirements and split the work into stages. The deadline and the price are fixed in the contract — before the work starts, both of us know exactly what was agreed.

Structure and design

The page structure and the design are approved before a single line of code is written, so you see the result in advance. If the project needs complex UX or brand design, we bring in a designer and work on it together.

Development in stages

The work is delivered in parts. At the end of every stage you open a working version yourself — the project is never a closed box until the deadline, and any slippage becomes visible on the first day, not the last. Because we work as a team, several projects run in parallel — your order never waits in line behind another one.

Handover and support

After testing, the code, the domain and the hosting credentials pass fully to you — nothing stays locked on my side. Support continues after launch.
